This analytical decision maker will assist in driving national claim strategies, ensuring effective and high-quality execution at the local level. Primary responsibilities include: Overseeing expense and financial controls for entire claim office operation Ensuring successful product delivery Leading and developing people Supporting local delivery of strategies across all lines of business within office Indentifying business drivers and trends as well as developing and executing strategic plans to address trends Monitoring quality, compliance, and results of claim policies, procedures and results Consulting for volume and staffing trends Ensuring consistent execution of policies and procedures (Finance, MI, Regulatory Affairs, Systems, etc.) to comply with statutory/contractual obligations (i.e. SOX) within the Field office
Requirements:
Requirements: Bachelors degree CPCU designation preferred Property/casualty claims background Strong communication and leadership skills Experience hiring, training, developing, retaining and compensating direct operations staff Experience managing an efficient workforce in a claims center Ability to maintain and build relationships Exceptional ability to manage change and improve results Business and technical acumen to understand how the business works and how technology supports business initiatives
